- BlueTree is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in HRMS or Payroll Solution sales.

- This role requires a professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales to make a real impact on our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the HR Tech space.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their HRMS and Payroll needs.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within HRMS or Payroll Solution sales.
- A strong understanding of the HR Tech industry and its evolving landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
