Blueprint Technologies - SAP Human Resources Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementations to join our team for a long-term onsite project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules and hands-on experience in full life cycle implementations, especially in Payroll and related configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations (minimum 3 full life cycle implementations).

Configure and support core SAP HCM modules:

- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Organizational Management (OM)

- Time Management (TM)

- Payroll

- Configure and manage SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

- Develop and modify Payroll schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

- Integrate Payroll with SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

- Implement and support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and business process optimization.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specs and configuration guides.

- Offer production support and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in SAP HCM Payroll.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).

- Proficiency in PCR & Schema development.

- Experience with SAP ECP and PCC.

- Sound knowledge of business processes in Human Capital Management.

- Experience in Payroll integration with SAP FI.

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel to and work onsite in Saudi Arabia for an extended duration.
