BLinC Invest - Fund Operations Analyst - CA

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to join our team and assist in the management of all aspects of our fund operations. As a key member of our firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our current and upcoming investment funds; and supporting the investment team in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the fund, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor communications.

- Manage the onboarding process for new investors, including the collection and verification of documentation, and maintenance of investor records.

- Monitor cash flows and capital calls, ensuring timely and accurate processing of fund transactions.

- Coordinate with external service providers, such as legal counsel, auditors, and fund administrators, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Prepare and distribute periodic fund performance reports to investors and stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Assist in any other tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with up to 2 years of experience

- Strong understanding of investment fund structures and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with investors, colleagues, and external partners.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
