Role Objective:
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven expertise in conducting national and regional scientific promotional activities such as CME, RTM, live surgeries, and symposiums.
- Experience in KOL/FOL development and management.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 6 to 8 members.
- Proficiency in making and delivering professional presentations.
- Experience in international, national and state-level congress participation.
- Sound knowledge of in-clinic activities such as CTP, FOCUS and branding exercises.
- Experience in budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational and people management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promotional & Scientific Activities:
- Organize CMEs, RTMs, Live Surgeries, Paper Presentations, Symposiums, and scientific meetings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities through user conversion and upgrades.
- Coordinate with MARCOM for social media content generation, including testimonial recordings.
KOL/FOL Development:
- Facilitate speaker engagements and product evaluations to strengthen clinical credibility.
Congress Participation:
- Coordinate booth design, logistics, vendor management, and marketing collaterals for events.
In-Clinic Activities:
- Develop and update content for FOCUS, CTP, and other in-clinic programs.
Budgeting & Financial Control:
- Ensure timely processing of payment requests and adherence to IO limits.
Marketing Collateral Development:

- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Training & Development:
- Mentor team members to enhance their clinical and marketing capabilities.
Functional Skills Required:
- Strong scientific acumen in ophthalmology, particularly surgical ophthalmology.

- Event planning, scientific engagement, and KOL management.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Social media marketing and content coordination.
