Position: Product & Delivery Lead ( Founders Office)

Experience: 2-4 years in M&A, Deal Advisory/ research, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role that combines product management and project delivery. You will leverage your M&A/consulting experience to both shape our product roadmap and deliver high-quality consulting outputs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

- Translate real-world M&A and due diligence workflows into detailed product features and specifications.

- Partner with engineering and design teams to build, iterate, and refine AI-driven tools for deal professionals.

- Conduct user research, run product demos, and gather feedback to continuously enhance product usability and functionality.

- Monitor product performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Project Delivery:

- Lead and deliver consulting projects such as Commercial Due Diligence, Financial Due Diligence, and strategic market assessments using Binocs' AI platform.

- Develop structured analyses, extract actionable insights, and produce client-ready presentations/reports.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple client engagements.

- Serve as the bridge between client needs and product capabilities, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years' experience in M&A, investment banking, or management consulting.

- Strong understanding of deal workflows and due diligence processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Interest in technology and AI-driven solutions for financial services.
