Were looking for a Marketing - Growth Specialist to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and content-led growth for our B2B SaaS products. If youre a full-stack marketer with a bias for execution and a love for building from 0 to 1, youll thrive in this role.

What You'll Work On:

You'll own and execute growth initiatives across key channels with a focus on high-quality lead generation, ICP engagement, and brand authority:

1. SEO & Organic Discovery:

- Plan and execute an SEO strategy for inbound growth

- Use AI/LLMs for content ideation, clustering, and optimization

2. SEM (Performance Marketing):

- Manage Google Ads focused on competitor and category keywords

- Continuously optimize for CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline velocity

3. Social & Community Marketing (Organic):

- Create and share content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, G2, and ICP communities

- Monitor relevant conversations and plug in value-added content

4. Content & Thought Leadership:

- Develop blogs, playbooks, and opinion pieces that resonate with SaaS decision-makers

- Collaborate with internal experts for founder-led content and external contributors for co-marketing

5. Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns:

- Build and segment ICP contact lists

- Run high-conversion nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar

6. Events & Webinars:

- Research relevant global SaaS events for brand participation

- Plan, host, and promote webinars with industry voices and prospects

7. Paid Partnerships & Media Buying:

- Identify high-intent platforms (newsletters, SaaS blogs, marketplaces)

- Run paid placements and co-branded content for lead generation

What Were Looking For:

- 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (growth, demand gen, or content roles)

- Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and funnel metrics

- Experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, email automation platforms, and LLMs

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

- Commercial mindset with comfort working with data and targets

- Bonus: Runs a personal blog, newsletter, or active LinkedIn/Twitter presence

- Education from Tier I / Tier II colleges preferred
