About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Information Technology Sales Specialist with a strong passion for technology and proven sales experience to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of IT products and solutions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

You will work closely with technical teams and clients to understand customer requirements, recommend solutions, and negotiate contracts that deliver value for both the customer and the organization.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting solutions.


- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, to closure.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT managers, and business leaders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.

- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to promote company products and generate leads.

- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software, cloud services, or enterprise IT solutions.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

- Results-oriented with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Good analytical skills and a consultative sales approach.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience selling to large enterprises or government clients.


- Familiarity with the Indian IT market and buyer personas.

- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
