Additional experience in cross sales, strategy, product, user growth, customer experience etc be highly preferred. - Equal parts spreadsheet wizard and strategic thinker. - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are adaptable, resourceful, and always ready for action - While this role involves a lot of strategizing and planning, we expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty - Exceptional communicator. - Operates at 2x speed but makes it look effortless. - Someone who thrives on unpredictability, loves solving impossible problems, and can balance strategy with execution. What You will Do: - Pick up important projects that need to be unlocked to enable establishing a new business vertical or drive growth initiatives, fundraising, operations and a lot more. - Work closely with the Leadership team in planning and executing new programs. In short, challenge ideas, refine strategies, and bring sanity to the madness. - Dive into market research, investor decks, ops optimization, and more-wearing multiple hats. - Handle high-impact, cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly into any department. - Assist founder in fund raise.
