Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employment brand and attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various platforms and methods to source potential candidates, including job boards, social networks, and recruitment events.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company
- Driving new initiatives and coordinating in all central events
- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems
