BigMuscles Nutrition, one of Indias leading and fastest-growing nutrition brands, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to strengthen our retail presence and drive growth across Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu (or UP & Uttarakhand).
About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations and business development for approximately 810 retail stores in your designated region.
Your responsibilities will include expanding market reach, executing strategic sales plans, and leading marketing initiatives such as gym sampling programs, events, and partnerships with gym trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and trainers
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging market trends
- Ensure effective brand visibility and execution of marketing activities
- Oversee inventory management, credit control, and daily banking operations
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record in FMCG or nutrition supplement sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the retail landscape in Punjab, Haryana & Jammu (or UP & Uttarakhand)
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
