We're Hiring - Area Sales Manager - Offline Stores
Area: Punjab, Haryana & Jammu / UP & Uttarakhand

Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional? BigMuscles Nutrition, one of India's leading and fastest-growing nutrition brands, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team of Retail Stores and lead regional growth across Punjab, Haryana, and Jammu.
About the Role:
- As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and managing a team of approx.
- 8-10 Stores across your assigned region.
- You will play a critical role in developing retail networks, implementing sales strategies, and driving Marketing activities like Gym Sampling, events participation, Gym Trainers partnerships etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Establish strong relationships with Gym Owners & Trainers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure brand visibility and execution of marketing strategies
- Manage inventory, credit control, and Daily Banking activities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in FMCG or Nutrition supplement sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Punjab, Haryana & Jammu retail landscape
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
