Bhuta Shah & Co LLP - Chartered Accountant - Internal Audit

- Conduct end-to-end process audits, with a primary focus on P2P (Procure to Pay) processes including vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and payments.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Analyze audit findings, prepare risk-based audit reports, and follow up on implementation of recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Compliance, etc.) for audit planning and execution.

- Assist in designing or refining SOPs and process maps for key business processes.

- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to automation and data analytics initiatives within the internal audit function.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - freshly qualified or up to 1 year post-qualification experience.

- Exposure to internal audit, process audits, or internal controls during articleship or internships.

- Strong understanding of business processes, especially P2P cycle and control frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
