Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across various platforms to attract top-tier talent.
- Plan and execute all hiring drives, including campus and lateral recruitments, meeting headcount goals.
- Oversee background verification for new hires and ensure efficient use of SuccessFactors RCM.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including pre-onboarding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to enhance company image.
- Cultivate a positive employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong university relationships to attract early career talent.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
Knowledge, Education and Experience
- 7 to 9 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Automotive Industry.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools e.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
