About the job:

What youll be doing:

- Primary Customer Contact for OEMs.


- Generate & manage business from Key Account to meet acquisition and sales goals for Display Products.


- Take addition Key Account as and when the need arises.


- Build BHTC brand.


- Manage and monitor schedules, sales and collection.


- Practice PDP process / ISO / TS16949 /14001 process in Marketing.


- Support Projects team in settlement of all commercial open points with Customer on time.


- Customer Relationship management to enhance the Business.


- Meet all MIS needs of Management and inputs to Business Plan.


- Collect competitor information and market trends.


- Take periodic Customer feedback (Informal) and inform the management for any corrective action if needed.


- Report on special occurrences which can impact business processes.

What were looking for:

- Proven experience of minimum 10 years in Business development from the Automotive Industry.


- Should have worked on business development in Display product line for at least 5 years.


- BE in Electronics / ECE preferred.


- Should have independently handled Key accounts of Automotive OEs preferably in Passenger & Commercial vehicles.


- Manage business from Key Accounts to meet sales goals.
