- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA guidelines, SEBI listing requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of documents and reports.
IPO Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of the draft prospectus and other necessary documents for the SME IPO.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth IPO process.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and other statutory requirements.
Corporate Governance:
- Manage Board Meetings, Shareholders Meeting and Committee Meeting including preparing agendas, compiling board packs, and circulating them to directors
