- Manage and lead field and RO staff to achieve assigned targets.
- Recruit, train, set KPIs, and monitor the performance of the reporting team.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Drive merchant engagement and growth.
- Achieve targets related to merchant acquisition, productivity, assets, liabilities, and profitability.
- Take complete ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned territory.
- Track and improve productivity at all levels.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
- Identify and address procedural flaws.
- Implement measures to prevent fraud.
- Manage internal and external audit compliance.
- Ensure portfolio quality through robust collection mechanisms.
- Implement effective delinquency management strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in the BFSI/Fintech sector.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing large merchant networks.
- Experience in managing unsecured/secured individual/business loans, payments, and liabilities in Fintech, Bank, or NBFC is preferred.
