Purpose:
The role involves coordinating marketing and business development activities for the Motors division across India. The candidate will be responsible for pricing strategies, market expansion, customer acquisition, and identifying new opportunities to maximize revenue and brand visibility for BBL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Business Strategy: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies for Motors across all regions.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop market entry plans for unexplored, high-potential markets.
- Consultant Engagement: Identify and ensure enlistment of BBL with key consultants to drive preference for its products.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk evaluations for new markets and business areas.
- Brand Promotion: Conceptualize and execute promotional and marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
- Client Presentations: Organize and conduct presentations for potential clients to support business development.
- Trade Events & Promotions: Coordinate participation in trade fairs, industry meets, and other promotional activities.
- Pricing Strategy: Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies based on positioning, cost components, and dealer feedback.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure a seamless exchange of customer and market information.
- Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Customized Solutions: Develop integrated service offerings for key clients and support regional sales teams in business development efforts.
- Proposal Support: Guide regional sales teams in preparing quotations and technical specifications for key account orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Induction Motor Sales & Marketing.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through market insights and customer engagement.
