- Partner with leadership and PMs to define design strategy and roadmaps.
- Own governance of design systems and guidelines across products.

- Manage and mentor a design team, ensuring business objectives translate into design deliverables.
- Present to senior stakeholders, defending design decisions with ROI impact.
- Track trends in UX/CX and recommend innovations for scalability and global relevance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 yrs in product design with strategic leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio showing measurable impact of design on business outcomes.
- Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise/digital transformation design initiatives.
- Exposure to design systems, accessibility, and data-driven design practices
