Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Territory Sales Manager with 4-6 years of experience in the beverages industry. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and a proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Experience working with startup companies will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business goals.
- Drive month-wise business forecasting aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective channel management and adherence to market policies.
- Plan and implement promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the corporate office to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to the sales team.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
