Education & Experience: MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).


Opportunity Support & Solutioning:


- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals.

- Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.

- Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and RoI.

- Provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed solutions.


Strategy & Execution:


- Drive the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head - Presales & Solution Consulting.

- Lead initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.


Strategic Advisory:


- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.

- As a champion of all Beroe solutions, identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.

- Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.


Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:


- Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on the proposed solution.

- Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.

- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.


Marketing Initiatives:


- Work closely with Customer Success team to understand the dynamics of client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered.

- For strategic accounts, articulate the ROI delivered by Beroes solutions through representative scenarios.

- Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
