Role Description:

- This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ManagerAccount Expansion position at Beroe Inc.

- The Senior Manager Account Expansion will lead part of our Current Client roster, with the prime responsibility as a Commercial Owner.

- As a commercial owner for the account, the individual will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and value-creation (for the Client).

- In essence, build a strong relationship with Client as a trusted advisor.

- It is important to have managed multi-million USD account renewals/ upsell/cross-sells.

- SaaS and research industry background preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or any related field.

- 8-12+ years of experience in relevant field, with a proven track record of success in Client Relationship Management, and account growth.

- Track record of managing a Client Portfolio as a relationship manager/commercial owner across the Global 1000 companies.

- Experience in engagement with senior Client Stakeholders (often VP+), and building relationship as a trusted partner to help unlock additional opportunities and budget.

- Experience in collaborating with a cross-functional team in a remote environment, driving all towards achieving goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing at multiple organizational levels, deep understanding of industry trends, and market needs.

- Proven ability to execute strategic plans, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensuring Client growth through effective partnership.

- Experience in procurement intelligence software and analytics is a plus.

- Demonstrate a passion for innovation, process improvement, and driving results.

- Resilient, adaptable, and self-driven to manage the Client portfolio independently.

- Great project management, leadership, and operational skills.
