Qualification: Civil Engineer or experience in specification role in Waterproofing.

Skills Requirement:

- Excellent knowhow about consultants, engineers in the market.

- Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and application methods.

- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.

- Preparation of specification, monitoring and documentation for waterproofing projects, compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct assessments of surfaces to determine waterproofing needs and appropriate materials.

- Knowledge of waterproofing solutions to roofs, foundations, wet areas and walls using various methods including liquid membranes and preformed applications.

- Technical knowhow about maintenance and repair services for existing waterproofing systems.

- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest waterproofing technologies to enhance service quality.

- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawing and technical specifications for waterproofing.
