Responsibilities:
- Understand the business needs of the client and offer solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.
- Lead new business development focused on PSUs, Government Enterprises, and large public-sector organizations.
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of PSU and government clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Prepare detailed business proposals and pitch presentations aligned with PSU tender and procurement guidelines.
- Navigate long sales cycles, manage RFPs/e-tendering, and ensure timely closures in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.
- Stay updated on government policy shifts, industry trends, and procurement rules impacting enterprise sales to PSUs.
- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting the sales targets.
- Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling Large Private and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Demonstrated ability to close large-value deals in public sector organizations.
- Strong network and connections within PSUs, Ministries, Government Departments, and Public Enterprises.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude
