Responsibilities:
- Understand the business needs of the client and offer solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.
- Achieve business growth and market development across cross section of industries by making corporate presentations to top management and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Handle negotiations, pricing and contract closures.
- Actively seek out and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting the sales targets.
- Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling Large Private and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Ability to handle high-value corporate deals and bulk orders.
- Strong network and connections with corporate clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude
