Title: Export Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive domestic and international sales for our flagship product, Diabetic Rice.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with international distributors, agents, and retail networks to expand our global footprint, with a focus on markets such as the Middle East, Africa, Iraq, and Southeast Asia.
- Oversee end-to-end export operations, including export documentation, compliance with country-specific regulations, trade laws, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to design and implement effective sales campaigns and market entry strategies.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Optimize international pricing, commercial terms, and negotiate export contracts to maximize profitability.
- Track sales performance, manage sales targets, and prepare MIS reports for senior management.
- Represent Befach 4x at global trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of proven experience in FMCG or food export sales, ideally with exposure to health foods, specialty rice products, or diabetic-focused nutrition.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics management. Demonstrated success in managing both domestic and export sales channels, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client and distributor networks globally.
- Analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export-related software/tools.
