We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director - US HR to lead our US hiring and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US recruitment (preferably Non-IT), onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations. This role requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the US market.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Design and oversee a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Ensure all new employees receive proper documentation, training, and policy briefings.
- Streamline and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and compliance with termination procedures.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Manage and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to US labor laws, payroll regulations, and employee benefits administration.
- Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Work closely with business leaders to analyze workforce trends and plan for future talent needs.
- Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in US HR operations, hiring (preferably Non-IT), onboarding, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for the US market.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools, ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple HR functions.
