Role: Analytics Lead/ Analytics Manager

Location: New Delhi.

Must Have requirement:

- A master's degree in business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in developing and managing a data analytics infrastructure, including data lakes and advanced analytics platforms.

- 6+ years of experience in leading data analytics teams and projects.

BDO is hiring Analytics Lead/ Analytics Manager someone who can focused on leading a team of business analysts, driving data strategy, and ensuring effective execution of analytics projects within the Department of Posts (DoP). This is a leadership role requiring a mix of data analytics expertise, strategic thinking, project execution, and stakeholder management to drive analytics adoption in the organization.
