We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketer specializing in managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optimizing paid media campaigns to drive sales, enhance product visibility, and maximize ROI. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and executional expertise in the e-commerce advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and similar e-commerce platforms.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns effectively.
- Work with the content team to create high-converting ad creatives that align with product listings and customer intent.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on KPIs such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and more.
- Use data-driven insights to implement tests and experiments to drive incremental improvements in campaign performance.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior management based on campaign performance and market conditions.
- Present findings in a compelling way, with recommendations for improvements and optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to design engaging ad assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with e-commerce platform account managers to stay updated on the latest tools and ad formats.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and refine strategies.
- Identify and test new advertising tools, strategies, and tactics to drive growth and stay ahead of competitors on Amazon and Flipkart.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in performance marketing, specifically managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or equivalent e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Amazon Advertising Console and Flipkart Ads Manager.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and drive insights for optimization.
- Deep understanding of online marketplaces, product ranking algorithms, and consumer buying behavior.
- Expertise in using Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting.
- Amazon Advertising Certification or similar e-commerce platform certifications are a plus.
