- Be the primary HR point of contact, addressing employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.

- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including benefits administration.

- Stay updated with labor laws such as EPF/ESIC and ensure company compliance.
