It is founded by IIT, IIM & ISB alumni who have worked in building scalable technology and data-driven products for multiple startups across industries and have cumulative experience of 30+ yrs.
We are seeking an experienced individual with sales and business development experience in the online gaming space. This role involves sourcing leads, negotiating, partnering and managing relationships with publishers, affiliates, influencers, marketing agencies and other SME channel partners, across multiple geographies.
This role is suitable for someone who has first-hand experience of building and managing sales pipelines and owning targets. A good level understanding of competitors in this industry and back-office operations are essential to excel in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own KPIs and monthly targets for: acquisition, retention, revenue and profitability
- Generate leads for publishers and channel partners across multiple geographies.
- Design, discuss and close the partnership deal. Manage the entire relationship with partners.
- Come up with innovative marketing ideas and setup new acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver business growth and ensure cohesive customer experiences.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Minimum 2 years of direct and hands-on experience in online-gaming partnerships and affiliate management. Otherwise please don't apply.
- Experience of building & managing sales funnel, achieving monthly targets and delivering profitability.
- Must be good with numbers. Should know how to calculate CAC, LTV and retention.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Type: Full-time | Probation: 3-6 Months
Schedule: 6 days a week, as per EU time zone
Compensation: Fixed + Performance bonus
