We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and retention strategies for our global online-gaming platform. This role is suitable for someone who has hands-on experience of owning marketing budgets across multiple digital marketing channels and have passion for driving growth through innovative campaigns and loyalty programs. A deep understanding of player behavior and the broader gaming industry is essential to excel in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with marketing agencies, SEO experts, affiliates, influencers, etc. to setup new acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost of acquisition (CAC).
- Develop targeted promotions and onboarding experiences to activate new users.
- Build and manage CRM campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications to retain and retarget existing users.
- Track key KPIs such as acquisition cost, retention rate, churn, and ROI of campaigns and optimize them to achieve targets.
- Work closely with customer support and operations teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns is mandatory. Otherwise please don't apply.
- Experience managing Paid Ads platforms, SEO and Social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Well versed with MS Excel (advanced).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE DETAILS :
Selection process: Assignment and Interview rounds (2-4 rounds)
Designation: Marketing Manager
Location: Bangalore (from office) or Remote (work from home)
Type: Full-time | Probation: 3-6 Months
Schedule: 6 days a week, as per EU time zone
Compensation: Fixed + Variable
Joining: Immediate joiners would be preferred.
