About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy Manager Operations to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the railway and infrastructure domain.
The role demands strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, technical understanding, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Delivery:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams and client expectations.
- Monitor and track the progress of work packs and deliverables, addressing delays and ensuring timely completion.
Technical & Documentation Oversight:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present updates and manage expectations.
Financial & Compliance:
- Compile and submit compliance reports based on observations or feedback from clients and authorities.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented working environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering And MBA in sales or finance
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of civil estimates and execution planning.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools for reviewing engineering drawings.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
