Job Overview:

- BANKIT is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr Manager Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and contribute to business growth.

- This role demands an experienced professional with a strong background in fintech, digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.

- The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and lead generation.

- Brand Management: Strengthen BANKIT's brand positioning through innovative campaigns and customer-centric storytelling.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.

- Content & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content for blogs, press releases, website, and social media platforms.

- Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online and offline platforms.

- Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, operations and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Requirements:

Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience (fintech, BFSI, or digital payments experience will be an advantage).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation and content development skills.

- Expertise in managing marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand growth initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
