We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Mid-Market Group in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients by delivering tailored banking solutions, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and deepen relationships with mid-market corporate clients (typically - 100- 1,000 Cr turnover).

- Originate new business across asset, liability, and transaction banking products.

- Conduct regular client reviews and proactively identify cross-sell opportunities.

- Perform detailed credit assessments, prepare proposals, and coordinate with credit and risk teams.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Drive portfolio profitability while maintaining asset quality.
