Responsibilities:

Transaction Advisory:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of financing documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other related documents.

- Conduct thorough due diligence on borrowers and collateral.

- Advise clients on various financing structures, including project finance, acquisition finance, and structured finance.

- Manage and execute complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Advise clients on regulatory matters pertaining to banking and finance, including RBI regulations, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legislation.

- Assist clients in navigating regulatory approvals and compliance requirements.

- Monitor and analyze changes in banking and finance regulations and provide timely updates to clients.

- Represent clients before regulatory bodies.
