Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Human Resource Team Lead who will lead the HR function with a strategic lens and operational depth.
- This role goes beyond traditional HR-it's about enabling growth, building scalable people practices, and creating a culture that balances performance with purpose.
Key Responsibilities;
- Organizational Structuring & Workforce Planning.
-Design, review and evolve org structure to support the company's scaling needs and market dynamics.
- Performance Management & OKRs.
- Own and drive the end-to-end PMS cycle aligned to business objectives and quarterly goals.
- Build a performance culture rooted in clarity and accountability.
Business-HR Alignment:
- Partner with functional heads to translate business strategies into actionable people initiatives.
Succession Planning:
- Identify, develop and track internal talent for key positions and ensure continuity for leadership and critical roles.
- HR Analytics & Metrics.
- Build dashboards to track HR KPIs such as attrition, engagement, hiring velocity, etc.
- Provide insights for decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Culture.
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement, recognition, cross-functional bonding, and internal communication.
- Be a custodian of our culture as we grow.
- Policy & Process Excellence.
- Standardize and scale policies, employee handbooks, and compliance processes to suit a growing org.
- Talent Development.
- Roll out learning programs, leadership development efforts, and functional upskilling initiatives.
What We're Looking For.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or business-partnering role in a scaling organization.
- Strong understanding of PMS, org design, and business strategy alignment.
- Excellent people skills with a balance of empathy and execution.
- Experience in managing change, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude.
- Proficient in HRMS platforms, preferably Keka or similar.
