
Creative Design Lead FMCG (Consumer Insight)
Location: Bangalore.
Experience: 5+ years in design, with strong FMCG exposure and at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Packaging Design Ownership:
- Define and evolve the visual identity of each brand across packaging and digital.
- Lead packaging design for new products and revamps - ensure standout on digital presence, compliance, and resonance with consumers.
- Set visual tone for sub-brands and product lines while maintaining consistency with master brand.
Campaign & Marketing Design:
- Oversee creative development for 360- brand campaigns - digital ads, social, offline, influencer content, and event collaterals.
- Align with marketing and content teams on campaign objectives and creative direction.
- Translate project briefs into high-impact visual storytelling that drives awareness and conversion.
Team Leadership & Workflow Management:
- Mentor and manage a team of in-house designers and external partners (freelancers, agencies).
- Drive the design workflow for multiple brands and projects across timelines.
- Conduct regular reviews, give creative feedback, and raise the quality bar.
Vendor & Production Oversight:
- Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure output quality, color fidelity, and timely delivery.
- Supervise final mockups, artworks, press approvals, and production specs.
Creative Strategy & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of design trends, competitor visual language, and cultural cues.
- Push creative boundaries while keeping designs rooted in brand and business goals.
- Regularly present design strategy and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's in Design, Communication, or Visual Arts.
- 5+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, with minimum 2 years in FMCG and team management.
- Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion design is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility combined with business understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
