Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Home Loan Balance Transfer and Top-up
Locations: Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
Experience: 5 - 8 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Officers, Executives, and Managers focused on home loan product sales in the assigned geographical area.
- Drive business growth by developing multiple acquisition channels, including Direct to Consumer (D2C), Call Centre, Connector partner relationships, and open market acquisition.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high team productivity and motivation.
- Conduct regular field visits, team training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and compliance with all internal policies as well as external regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with connector partners and customers to maximize business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the home loan or housing finance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture a network of connectors, partners, and customers to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
