Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Aim to bring on board 4 new HNI/UHNI/PCG clients, each with a minimum AUM of Rs.25 lakhs from (job city) and its neighbouring regions to support regional growth.
- Client Management: Proactively manage client relationships. Keep them updated on market changes and adjust portfolios accordingly to meet personal targets and drive ongoing revenue growth.
- Sales Activities: Promote equity and financial products (Mutual Funds/Equity Advisory/AIF/PMS/Structured Products/FD/ LAS / Insurance etc.) to enhance branch profitability.
- MTF Book Development: Build and grow the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) client portfolio consistently each month.
- Trading Account Activation: Facilitate the activation of clients' trading accounts in the system to optimize volume and brokerage revenue, while educating new market participants about market dynamics.
- Client Engagement Monitoring: Track daily client activities.
- Query Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries within the established turnaround time (TAT).
- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular client meetings and nurture strong relationships.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in the Broking/Wealth industry, with at least 2 years of recent experience managing UHNI/PCG clients and established relationships within the sector.
- Relevant NISM and other regulatory certifications.
- Strong understanding of Equity, Debt, Market Participants, and various Exchanges.
- MBA from a recognized institution; CA/CFA is an added advantage.
