Bajaj Electricals - SAP Specialist - Sales & Distribution

About the job

- Provide programming support and direction for complex business scenarios, in SAP business module SD.

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for sales and distribution related business processes and applicable IT solutions.

- Support the order to cash team to resolve SAP issues, change requests, enhancements raised via the Helpdesk or through the other possible channels.

- Analyze and develop functional specifications and communicate with technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.

- Work in close integration with BUs and functions, in order to make sure the solutions designed meet the requirements and the work done meets the expectations in terms of planning and priorities.

- Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design (FD), configuration (SPRO), testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.

- Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs.

- Plan and execute unit testing and integration testing for all changes done in SAP.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5 - 7 years of SAP work experience, including configuration experience in SAP SD module.

- Experience in ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology and exposure to implementations, upgrade, and support & maintenance of SAP SD module
