About the Role

The Bagla Group, a global leader in manufacturing Tapes and POF Shrink Films, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Administration Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art factory in Mundra. This is a critical full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our manufacturing facility.

Location: Mundra, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- As the Administration Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Mundra factory. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Operations Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the factory, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization.

- Production Planning Oversight: Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective production planning, scheduling, and execution, aligning with demand forecasts and delivery timelines.

- Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and monitor robust quality control processes to ensure all manufactured products meet stringent company standards and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics.

- Production Management: Lead and manage production teams, optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.

- Facility & Infrastructure Management: Manage factory infrastructure, including maintenance, utilities, security, and general upkeep, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.

- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Stay updated on new regulations and implement necessary changes.

- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate human, material, and equipment resources to meet production targets and operational needs.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of administrative and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, production metrics, quality indicators, and administrative efficiency for senior management.

- Budget Management: Assist in managing the operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.

- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in an administrative or operations management role within a manufacturing organization.

Core Competencies:

- Proven expertise in Production Planning and Operations Management.

- Strong understanding and practical experience in Quality Control and Production Management within a manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex Manufacturing Operations.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

- A strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of ISO certifications and other relevant industry standards (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles) is a significant plus.
