As an Manager (Investment), expectations are as follows :

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture the development of portfolio companies, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to foster growth and market leadership

- Provide Strategic Oversight related to structure, controls, processes and create various metrics to measure operational effectiveness

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and identify priority gaps and opportunities

- Drive technological and digital transformation

- Facilitate in building revenue trajectory and profitability for these companies

- Ensuring compliances are in place for these companies

- Track the important KPIs, build financial model and valuation metrics

- Facilitating with vendors for strategic growth initiatives

- Getting these companies prepared for IPO

- Co-ordinate with Investors and Investment Bankers regarding strategic partnerships with these companies
