Offline Activation Strategy:
- Develop channel marketing plans and strategy to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and facilitate onboardings.
- Identify opportunities for offline marketing campaigns, events, and activations to reach target audiences effectively.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and oversee offline events, b2b trade shows, and promotional activities to create memorable brand experiences and foster customer loyalty.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, and vendor management.
Performance Measurement and Analysis:
- Monitor the performance of offline activation initiatives and partnerships, tracking key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and brand awareness.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business, sales, and product development, to align offline activation efforts with overall business strategies.
- Work collaboratively to leverage internal resources and expertise in support of partnership initiatives.
Market Research and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in offline marketing and partnership development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches.
- Will have to drive our LinkedIn marketing as well, strategizing to enhance brand visibility and engagement in alignment with other offline activation efforts
Desired Qualifications and Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing, or partnership management, with a focus on offline channels.
- A good balance of left and right brain thinking - with the ability to understand the pulse of our consumers
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline activation strategies and forging strategic partnerships.
