Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Customer & Sales Digital Portfolio Lead to drive the vision, development, and execution of customer-facing digital solutions. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, product management, and commercialization within B2B sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution to enable seamless global rollouts, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate digital adoption across sales and customer functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and present strategic digital product visions tailored to customer personas at the Digital Decision Forum.
- Collaboration & Execution: Partner with Technology teams to prioritize, design, and deploy global customer-facing digital platforms.
- Digital Use Cases: Identify, validate, and execute digital use cases, while providing governance and mentorship across teams.
- Platform Deployment: Coordinate rollouts of Salesforce, SAP Commerce, and other customer engagement tools.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Track internal and external technology trends and recommend opportunities for digital innovation.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and external suppliers, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Capability Building: Drive digital capability development in collaboration with Talent & Learning teams.
- Governance & Support: Provide operational, logistical, and administrative support for Digital Decision Forum activities.
Requisites:
- 15-25 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, product management, or customer-focused digital solutions, preferably in B2B sectors.
- Proven track record in leading digital product portfolios and commercialization initiatives.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer analytics tools.
- Prior experience in senior leadership roles, managing cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications: Agile, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
- Industry exposure to FMCG, retail, telecom, financial services, or healthcare is highly desirable.
