Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Experience: 2+ Years

Preferred: Females with 2+Years Exp on Technical Recruitment

Location: Hyderabad - Work from office

Job Summary:


- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion hiring.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical, functional roles, particularly in the areas of Oracle EBS and Fusion.

- This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and qualifications for open positions.

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) - SmartRecruiter to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly in Oracle EBS and Fusion.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion hiring.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion technical roles and requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ Years Experience in recruiting for other technical roles, such as software developers, system administrators, and database administrators.

- Strong knowledge on Boolean Search and Advanced search.

- Good understanding on social media hiring strategies.
