About the Job:

bTranzTechnological Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our expanding team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules for our diverse clientele.

You will leverage your deep functional expertise and understanding of supply chain processes to analyze client requirements, design effective solutions, configure the Oracle Fusion SCM system, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

- Conduct detailed analysis of client business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Oracle Fusion SCM framework.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Costing, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.

- Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the testing phases.

- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, including developers and integration specialists, to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM and other enterprise systems.

- Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion SCM features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

- Participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions for clients and internal team members.

- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle SCM, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

- Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout of Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules:

a. Inventory Management

b. Procurement (including Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts)

c. Order Management

d. Product Lifecycle Management

- Manufacturing (Discrete, Process - preferred but not mandatory)

- Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning - preferred but not mandatory)

- Supplier Portal and Supplier Lifecycle Management

Costing:

- Logistics (Transportation Management - preferred but not mandatory)

- Warehouse Management (WMS - preferred but not mandatory)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices
