Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with EBS expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, testing, and training users.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Utilize experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to understand legacy systems and facilitate smooth transitions to Oracle Fusion.
- Manage data migration activities, including planning, executing data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, using tools like FBDI and ADFDI templates.
- Configure tax setups and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Implement and manage budget control processes within Oracle Fusion Finance

- Utilize Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) and OUM (Oracle Unified Method) methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during the testing phase.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrations as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance (excluding Mechanical & Civil)
- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
