Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- You will be responsible for leading and contributing to full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, providing expert guidance to clients, and mentoring junior consultants.

- This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead and participate in 3-4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Perform hands-on functional configuration and setup of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and ORC, based on client requirements.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts.

Client Interaction & Consulting:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and solutions.

- Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative HCM solutions.

- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the implementation process.

- Work on Onsite client implementations.

Mentoring & Team Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide junior HCM consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.

Functional Expertise:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, including Core HR, Absence Management, and ORC.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and releases.

- Identify and troubleshoot functional issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- Proven track record in functional setups and configurations within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Ability to work onsite at client locations.

- Ability to mentor junior consultants.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other Oracle HCM modules, such as Payroll, Talent Management, or Compensation.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience working with global clients
