Trade Marketing Manager B:Live (www.blive.co.in)


B:Live is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead and execute our Below-The-Line (BTL) and ground activation strategies. This role is crucial in driving brand visibility, engagement, and sales growth through impactful on-the-ground experiences.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development & Planning:


- Develop and implement innovative BTL and ground activation strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.


- Identify target audiences and tailor activation plans to their specific needs and preferences.


- Create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for each activation.


- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for impactful activations.


Execution & Implementation:


- Oversee the execution of all BTL activities, including in-store promotions, events, roadshows, sampling campaigns, and other ground-level initiatives.


- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other partners involved in activation execution.


- Ensure seamless execution of activations, adhering to timelines and budgets.


- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, material procurement, and manpower management.


Performance Measurement & Analysis:


- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each activation and track performance against targets.


- Analyze data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns.


- Prepare reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and recommendations for improvement.


- Continuously optimize BTL strategies based on performance data and market feedback.


Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the BTL marketing budget effectively.


- Ensure cost-effectiveness of all activations and maximize ROI.


- Track expenses and reconcile invoices.


Vendor Management:


- Identify, select, and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other partners.


- Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.


- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- 3-7 years of experience in trade marketing, BTL activation, or field marketing.


- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing impactful BTL campaigns.


- Strong understanding of BTL marketing principles and best practices.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
