We are looking for a dynamic Domestic Sales Head with a strong background in GIS Sales to drive direct sales, expand business opportunities, and establish strategic relationships within the Indian geospatial market. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government entities, PSUs, and funding agencies while leading a hybrid team of sales and account management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive direct sales and manage existing client relationships while leading a hybrid sales and account management team.

- Develop and execute new business acquisition strategies in the geospatial sector within the Indian subcontinent.

- Establish strong relationships with government and PSU buyers for proactive sales and engagement.

- Create and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's presence in the geospatial market.

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position GIS solutions and services.

- Build and maintain a strong network with decision-makers in the geospatial industry.

- Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies for target accounts.

- Maintain a high-potential sales pipeline, ensuring strong lead conversion.

- Meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and new customer acquisition targets.

- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to enhance business growth.

- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, analyst meetings, and panel discussions.

- Utilize internal sales tracking tools to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and generate reports for key stakeholders.

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business expansion.

- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including client analysis, qualification, presentations, and proposals.

- Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets, managing key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and order intake.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in domestic sales of GIS solutions, specifically selling to government agencies, semi-government bodies, funding agencies, and PSUs.

- Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, presenting and positioning GIS solutions effectively.

- Strong market understanding and ability to create an end-to-end sales strategy for GIS services.

- Expertise in sales pipeline development and executive-level relationship management.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Skilled in proposal writing, commercial modeling, and contract negotiations.

- Strong networking abilities and experience in generating business development leads.

- In-depth knowledge of GIS technology and geospatial industry trends.

- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, conferences, and business development initiatives.

- Highly driven, customer-focused, strategic thinker, and a team player.
